When excavator works in rocky soil or frozen soil zone, blasting should be carried out before excavation. Check, maintain, adjust and tighten the excavator according to the routine maintenance items. Put the main clutch lever in the "neutral" position and start the engine (if it is started by hand, pay attention to shaking the handle to fight back and hurt people; If you start by tying the rope, do not wrap the rope around your hand). Check whether each instrument, transmission mechanism, working device and braking mechanism are normal, and then start working. After the engine is started, no one is allowed to stand in the bucket, on the boom, on the track and on the hangar.
 

       When the hydraulic equipment is preheated and the hydraulic oil temperature is low, the hydraulic equipment will be damaged if it is operated rapidly. The engine of small excavator runs at medium speed, and the bucket is operated for preheating. Jack up the rotating track of the machine and preheat the left and right traveling motors respectively; Then, lift the engine speed to a high place, and make the bucket and stick work continuously for 5 minutes; At the same time, we should pay full attention to the safety of the surrounding environment during preheating operation.
